Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our dedicated customer service team via phone or email within 60 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your products, including any empty bottles or used components, into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our processing center using your preferred carrier.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
